        "rendered": "<h1 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-593f2c32\">Refund and Returns Policy<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-5940e0af\"><strong>Last Updated: 14 September 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1598d08b\">At <strong>Diplomat Oman<\/strong>, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-61741b9c\">This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from <strong>diplomat-om.com<\/strong> may be returned or exchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-bf4c8c64\">1. Return Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c18cea20\">To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be unused and unworn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be clean and undamaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be in its original condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include the original box, packaging, labels, and accessories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show no signs of outdoor use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the relevant order number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-b3a2b071\">For footwear, customers may try the product on indoors to check the size, but footwear showing signs of outdoor use, dirt, scratches, damage, or wear may not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-dd9e487a\">3. Non-Returnable Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-920c2dbd\">Unless required otherwise by applicable law, we may refuse returns for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products that have been worn or used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products damaged after delivery by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products returned without their original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personalized or customized products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products altered at the customer&#8217;s request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearance or final-sale products where clearly identified as non-returnable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products that cannot reasonably be resold due to hygiene or condition concerns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-88cc180f\">Defective or incorrectly supplied products will be handled separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-0399fa7e\">4. Wrong or Defective Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6c5b332c\">If you receive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The wrong product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The wrong size or color compared with your confirmed order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A damaged product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A defective product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-4894a2a3\">please contact us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-3520e173\">Send us:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your name and phone number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A description of the problem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear photographs or video, where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-27f1a520\">Once the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, refund, or another appropriate solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-a24cfbc9\">Where an error was caused by Diplomat Oman, reasonable return or replacement delivery costs will normally be handled by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-31d8a23c\">5. Size Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-5dfc1b7a\">If you ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange the product, please contact us to confirm whether the required size is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-5c35c8d2\">Exchanges are subject to stock availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-912d3d27\">If the product is not defective and the exchange is requested because of customer preference or incorrect size selection, additional delivery charges may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-cc2fb4ef\">6. Return Inspection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ae781d48\">Returned products will be inspected after they are received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-9a1db24e\">We reserve the right to reject a return or reduce the refund where a product:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Has been worn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has been damaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is dirty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is missing packaging or accessories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is no longer in a resalable condition because of customer handling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-3bfafef2\">8. Refund Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-b86aff67\">Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will process the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-03ef37d2\">Where possible, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-794d6615\">The time required for funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-3ced6662\">9.
